INGREDIENTS:- Coriander, Red Chili, Tejpatta, Star anise, Cumin, Caraway, Dry Ginger, Asafoetida, Cinnamon buds, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Cardamom, Black Paper, Mace, Nut Meg, Cardamom & salt.

  • Heat ghee/oill in a pan. Now add cumin seeds (mustard seeds depend on dish) and cascab hing, after that add fine chopped onion, garlic, green chillies and fry till golden.
  • Now add 200gm vegetables of your choice and fry 50%. Now add CASCAB Complete Mix Masala 01 tsp and CASCAB garam Masala ¬Ĺ -01 tsp. cook on low flame for 3-5 min.
  • After this, add fine chopped tomatoes & add salt as per your test after that fry till it leaves ghee/oil. Now add water according to your need and cook till it leaves ghee/oil and serve with green coriander. Grave Vegetable is ready to be served and enjoy incomparable flavor.
