- To prepare the pani for 50 puris add 2tsp of cascab pani puri masala in ½ liters (500ml) of water & stir.
- Add salt as per your test, green chillie & green coriandar paste, mint leaves & lime to taste.
- Chill, strain and serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled pee or soaked boondi as fillers in the puris.
