INGREDIENTS:- Coriander, Red Chili, Tejpatta, Dry Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Cardamom, Black Paper, mace, Nut Meg, Cardamom, Turmeric, Fennel & salt.

  • Heat ghee & lightly fried 250gm paneer pieces.
  • Heat ghee/oil in a pan. now add fennel seed (soff) and cascab hing, after that add fine chopped onion, garlic, green chilies (or those pest as you wish) and fry till lightly golden.
  • Now add a fine paste of 10 cashew nuts, 2tsp watermelon seed & 2 tsp peanuts adding 1 cup water fry till it leaves ghee/oil.
  • Now add CASCAB Complete Mix Masala 01 tsp and CASCAB paneer Masala 01-02 tsp. cook on low flame for 5-6 min.
  • Now add tomatoes pure and add salt as per your test fry till it leaves ghee/oil. Now add water according to your need and cook till it leaves ghee/oil and serve with green coriander & 02 tsp cream poured on top and enjoy incomparable flavor.
