- Heat ghee/oill in a pan. Now add cumin seeds (mustard seeds depend on dish) and cascab hing, after that add fine chopped onion, garlic, green chillies and fry till golden.
- Now add 200gm vegetables of your choice and fry 50%. Now add only CASCAB Complete Mix Masala 01-02 tsp and add salt as per your test. cook on low flame for 3-5 min.
- After this, add fine chopped tomatoes & salt to test after that fry till it leaves ghee/oil. Now add water according to your need and cook till it leaves ghee/oil and serve with green coriander. Tasty, balance and healthy sabji is ready to serve and enjoy incomparable flavor.
