  • Heat 2-3 tsp ghee/oill in a small pan, now add cumin seeds, whole red chilies and cascab hing after that add fine chopped onion, garlic, green chilies and fry till golden.
  • Now add CASCAB Complete Mix Masala 1/2 tsp and CASCAB Dal Tadka Masala 01 tsp. After this add finely chopped tomatoes and add salt as per your test fry till ghee/oil leaves.
  • Now pour this spice over the boiled dal or put the boiled dal in it. Serve with green coriander and enjoy
