INGREDIENTS:- Coriander, Red Chili, Tejpatta, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Asafoetida, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Cardamom, Black Paper, Mace, Nut Meg, Cardamom, Turmeric, Fennel, Dry Mongo, Fenugreek, mustard, Curry Leaf, Black salt.

  • Heat 2-3 tsp ghee/oill in a small pan, now add cumin seeds, whole red chilies and cascab hing after that add fine chopped onion, garlic, green chilies and fry till golden.
  • Now add CASCAB Complete Mix Masala 1/2 tsp and CASCAB chana / chhola masala 02 tsp. After this add finely chopped tomatoes and add salt as per your test fry till ghee/oil leaves.
  • Put the 2-3 cup boiled chhola in it. cook on low flame for 5-6 min. Serve with green coriander and enjoy incomparable flavor.
