TAVA FRY RECIPE


TO MAKE YOUR VEGEABLES DELICIOUS


  • • Cook dish as you normally do.
  • • Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoon around 2-3 minutes before taking the dish off the flame

TAVA FRY MASALA ( तवा फ्राई मसाला )

Blend of Spices for Tava Fry.


Ingredients :


Coriander seeds, Iodised Salt, Dry Mango, Cumin, Pomegranate Seeds, Red Chillies, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cassia, Nutmeg, Mustard, Cardamom Amomum, Dried Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Mace.


A Perfect Bland mix of total-12 ingredients use this cascab Tavafry Masala


Recipe :


A special blend of spices for cooking vegetable delicacies on a flat pan (Tava). Dress and slit lengthwise vegetables like Bitter Gourd, Okra (Lady finger) Egg plants, Lotus stems, Onions, Potatoes, etc. Stuff 1-2 grams of Cascab Tava Fry Masala per piece. On tava heat 100gms. of cooking oil. Gently place vegetables, slit upwards and simmer on low flame. Turn occasionally till tender. Strain and serve with Roti. (Indian bread).
