PUDINA CHUTNEY RECIPE


TO MAKE YOUR VEGEABLES DELICIOUS


  • • Cook dish as you normally do.
  • • Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoon around 2-3 minutes before taking the dish off the flame

  • • आंच से उतरने के २ से ३ मिनट पहले १ या २ चम्मच मसाला मिलाए

Blend of Spices for Pudina Chutney.


Ingredients :


Iodised Salt, Mint Leaves, Dry Mango, Coriander seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, Tamarind, Yellow Chillies, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.


Recipe :


Beat a small bowlful of natural yoghurt, add Cascab Pudina Chutney Masala to taste. Alternately, in a mixer, grind 20g red/spring onion, add 3 tspn. Cascab Pudina Chutney Masala and water to mix, to form a watery paste. Check seasoning. Keep for 15 minutes before serving alongwith savouries, relishes or with main course alongwith pickles. Sprinkle powder on sandwiches, savouries, waffers, etc. for spicy, minty taste.
