  • • Cook dish as you normally do.
  • • Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoon around 2-3 minutes before taking the dish off the flame

PANIPURI MASALA ( पानी पुरी मसाला )

Blend of Spices for Panipuri.


Ingredients :


Cumin, Coriander, Chili, Mint Leaves, Tamarind, Dry Mango, Totric Acied, Black paper, Cloves, Asafoetida, Lennel, Salt, Black Salt.


A Perfect Bland mix of total-13 ingredients use this cascab Panipuri masala


Recipe :

Mix one teaspoon full of Cascab Panipuri Masala in a glass of cold water and stir. A very delicious spiced water will be ready for puri. This masala can be used for pepping up dahiwada, fruit juice, butter milk also.
